I Am Guilty

Yes, I am guilty. I am guilty of loving to exfoliate my skin. Feeling the exfoliating beads run down my body, after applying the soap, and then using the water to wash it off me feels amazing. I know I am not the only person in the world who likes to exfoliate their skin. After doing some research on how to create my own exfoliate soap and body wash, I have found out how they are made and how I can make a natural exfoliant that’s good for the skin.

The soap I that I use is dove. I use the sensitive skin, gentle exfoliating, and the original scent kinds. The exfoliating body wash is my favorite kind. What I have learned that exfoliating beads are made with plastic. It’s made with two plastic chemicals polypropylene and polystyrene. One of the polypropylene is one of the ingredients used to make the plastic under carpets and rugs. Also, a lot of industrial companies use this kind of plastic to use for cars and things like hinges and a lot of other things as well.

Two and cheap exfoliants that you can use and that I will also be incorporating into my skin care products is coffee bean and poppy seeds. If you use poppy seeds with lemon, the combination will get rid of a lot of garlic smells and onion smells and, exfoliate the skin at the same time. It would be a good soap to use after you had a good workout. Fresh coffee grounds mixed with almond oil will be a great conditioner for the skin. You know how conditioning your hair is more important than shampoo, well condition the skin is important to because it has the same effects as conditioning your effect. You restore that natural oils in your body. There are also natural ingredients you can buy to condition your nails as well.
